A trained British Sign Language interpreter joins the call to help you communicate with our adviser.

What you need
Getting ready for your video appointment
These services will be accessible on smartphones, laptops and tablets. It may be necessary to download an app and an internet connection will be required using wi-fi or mobile data.
A device with a camera
A smartphone, tablet or computer with a working camera and microphone.
Internet connection
A stable internet connection so the video call doesn't drop out.
A quiet space
Somewhere private and quiet where you can talk openly.
